Apollo 18: Mission Failed

Yikes. I watched Apollo 18 last night and good god was it bad. We'll probably end up talking about it on the show this next week, but I just had to get this out there. First off, what the fuck?! What is the point of making "found footage" style films anymore? We all know they are not real. It worked with Blair Witch Project, but that's it, it's not going to work anymore, and if you ever think one of these kinds of movies is possibly real, you are stupid. Apollo 18 could have been so great. It has such an interesting premise. A secret mission to the moon, crew finds aliens, and then crew gets fucked up. It sounds right up my alley. But with the aliens being quite lackluster, and the characters being extremely bland, there is nothing that could salvage this doomed mission. That's all for now. Thanks for stopping by.
